Service terms

• The $150 operator service is scheduled through Acuity as a visual documentation visit in the Houston service area.
• Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the confirmed appointment time.
• The customer is responsible for safe, legal site access and for disclosing known hazards before the visit.
• AlouTech may decline, stop, reschedule, refund, or partially refund service when the site is unsafe, inaccessible, contaminated, flooded, structurally unstable, or otherwise unsuitable.
• The service is visual documentation only and is not a licensed engineering, structural, environmental, mold, pest, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, real estate, or code-compliance inspection.
