When conditions allow, the operator can capture photos and video of visible crawlspace conditions such as access limitations, moisture, plumbing, ductwork, insulation, pest evidence, debris, and areas that may require a closer professional review.

The Scrutinizer 4000 is being developed as a crawlspace robot targeted to cost $999. That is a development goal, not a final sale price or release promise.
