Currently available as a Houston-area service. An AlouTech technician arrives onsite with a Scrutinizer and operates the rover for the certified inspector or prospective homeowner, acting as remote eyes and legs in accessible crawlspace or inspection areas.

The flat $150 fee includes technician travel within the Houston service area and up to one hour of on-site rover operation, so the client can view conditions without needing to buy or personally operate a Scrutinizer.

• - The service includes an AlouTech technician traveling to the site with a Scrutinizer and operating the rover for up to 60 minutes.
• - The technician operates the rover for the certified inspector or prospective homeowner, acting as remote eyes and legs in reasonably accessible crawlspace or inspection areas.
• - The flat $150 service fee includes technician travel within the Houston service area and one hour of on-site rover operation.
• - The service includes visual navigation of reasonably accessible crawlspace or inspection areas and captured photos and/or video when conditions allow.
• - Normal service duration is up to 90 minutes on site; unusual site conditions may limit coverage or require rescheduling.
