The flat $150 service fee covers technician travel within the Houston service area and a scheduled visual documentation visit, subject to safe access and the appointment details configured in Acuity.

Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be handled through the Acuity confirmation link or sent at least 24 hours before the confirmed appointment time. Completed travel and on-site service time are non-refundable.
