How the Scrutinizer Works
The Scrutinizer lets an operator move a camera, light, and recording system through crawlspaces and other low-access areas while viewing the live feed from outside the space.

Drive from the controller case
The operator uses the controller and integrated display to steer the rover, adjust the view, and monitor conditions in real time.
Step 3
Use lighting and live video
Onboard lighting and the camera feed help identify plumbing, HVAC, moisture, foundation, pest, insulation, and access concerns.

Capture useful documentation
Photos and video can be captured when conditions allow, giving inspectors, contractors, and property teams clearer visual records.
