Request the visual pass

Documentation
AlouTech Visual Inspection is an operated documentation service. We bring the Scrutinizer, run the crawlspace visual pass, and help capture the visible conditions that need to be reviewed.

Service process
Step 1
Book a Houston-area appointment and provide the access address, preferred time, and any areas the customer or site contact wants prioritized.
Step 2
AlouTech reviews site access, reasonable crawlspace entry conditions, and known hazards before the rover is placed at the opening.
Step 3
The technician drives the Scrutinizer from the controller while the client views the live feed and asks for specific visible areas when reachable.
Step 4
Photos and video are captured when conditions allow, then used to support follow-up decisions by the responsible professional.
Visual scope
AlouTech brings the rover and operator to the job. The client does not need to transport, maintain, or personally operate a robot.
The operator drives from outside the crawlspace while the customer or site contact watches the live view and requests specific areas when access allows.
Photos and video are captured when conditions allow so visible findings can be reviewed, shared, estimated, or escalated after the site visit.
The service is visual documentation only. It does not replace a licensed inspection, engineering opinion, environmental test, pest report, or code determination.
